Returns
We want you to be happy with every purchase from Benfori. If you change your mind, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to let us know you’d like to return it.
To arrange a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number and we’ll guide you through the process.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and suitable for resale. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a full refund within 7 days — including your original delivery charge. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error with your order.
