La Nuova Prova Orale 1 (A1/B1)

An A1 – B1 level Italian textbook with a focus on speaking

The new Prova orale 1 is the new edition of the first volume of a modern conversation textbook for students at A1-B1 level.

It is designed to provide the necessary support for developing oral production, interaction and mediation skills, and to help students prepare for the oral examinations of the main Italian language proficiency certifications.

La Nuova Prova Orale 1 is made up of four main parts:

• 35 thematic units that cover the key themes of A1, A2 and B1 level Italian. It also explores other themes that allow discussion of various aspects of modern life through photo prompts, questions, infographics and communicative situations.
• Texts, present from unit 20 onwards, consisting of articles, emails, messages or advertisements that students must summarise and comment on.
• A fun section with eight types of activities to review the most important vocabulary and themes from the thematic units.
• An Italian-Italian glossary at the end of the volume and a multilingual one available online, through which students can look up the meaning of more complex words.

Additional supplement included

The access code also gives students access to a Supplement, which includes vocabulary translations in 5 languages (English, French, German, Portuguese, Spanish) and examples of oral examinations from the main Italian language certifications.

The new Prova orale 1 can be used from the very first lessons at A1 level and through to B1 level. Each unit provides 30 to 60 minutes of conversation, depending on the level.

Licence duration:

The code provides 30 hours of access* for 18 months to the book’s units, the Supplement and the numerous tools available to students on the platform (interactive grammar, glossaries, note-taking, etc.).

These hours can also be used to access the Class Space, which contains teaching resources (tests, games, blogs, etc.) created by the teacher or school, as well as interactive tests and games created by Edilingua.

*Each time the student connects, a timer records the time elapsed. To avoid wasting time unnecessarily, the timer stops automatically after a few minutes of inactivity!

Il nuovo Prova orale 1 è la nuova edizione del primo volume di un moderno manuale di conversazione destinato a studenti di livello A1-B1.

È progettato per fornire il supporto necessario allo sviluppo delle competenze di produzione orale, interazione e mediazione, e per aiutare gli studenti a prepararsi alle prove orali delle principali certificazioni di conoscenza della lingua italiana.

La Nuova Prova Orale 1 è composta da quattro parti principali:

• 35 unità tematiche che affrontano i temi chiave dei livelli A1, A2 e B1 di italiano. Esplora inoltre altri argomenti che permettono di discutere vari aspetti della vita contemporanea attraverso spunti fotografici, domande, infografiche e situazioni comunicative.
• Testi, presenti a partire dall’unità 20, composti da articoli, email, messaggi o annunci pubblicitari che gli studenti devono riassumere e commentare.
• Una sezione ludica con otto tipologie di attività per ripassare il lessico e i temi più importanti delle unità tematiche.
• Un glossario italiano-italiano alla fine del volume e un glossario multilingue disponibile online, attraverso i quali gli studenti possono cercare il significato delle parole più complesse.

Supplemento aggiuntivo incluso

Il codice di accesso consente inoltre agli studenti di accedere a un Supplemento, che include le traduzioni del vocabolario in 5 lingue (inglese, francese, tedesco, portoghese e spagnolo) ed esempi di prove orali delle principali certificazioni di lingua italiana.

Il nuovo Prova orale 1 può essere utilizzato fin dalle primissime lezioni di livello A1 e fino al livello B1. Ogni unità offre da 30 a 60 minuti di conversazione, a seconda del livello.

Durata della licenza

Il codice fornisce 30 ore di accesso* per 18 mesi alle unità del libro, al Supplemento e ai numerosi strumenti disponibili per gli studenti sulla piattaforma (grammatica interattiva, glossari, presa di appunti, ecc.).

Queste ore possono essere utilizzate anche per accedere allo Spazio Classe, che contiene risorse didattiche (test, giochi, blog, ecc.) create dall’insegnante o dalla scuola, oltre a test e giochi interattivi realizzati da Edilingua.

*Ogni volta che lo studente si collega, un timer registra il tempo trascorso. Per evitare di sprecare tempo inutilmente, il timer si interrompe automaticamente dopo alcuni minuti di inattività.
